Rob Lodge - Director of Estates and Facilities

Rob Lodge was appointed Director of Estates and Facilities at Prior's Court in August 2024.

Rob has more than 25 years of experience in facilities management, starting from working in an estates team at a grounds level.

Prior to joining Prior's Court, Rob served as the UK Head of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities for Swiss Re, a leading multinational Re-insurance company. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing the iconic Gherkin building in London.

Rob's extensive experience, coupled with his personal connection to the autism community (as a parent of two neurodiverse children), makes him an ideal fit for the role of Director of Estates and Facilities at Prior's Court.

All young people at Prior's Court are autistic, have severe learning disabilities and complex needs. We strive to help them to be healthy, happy, more independent and have the opportunity to work. We aspire to transform the lives of even more autistic young people with complex needs and continually push forward with improvements and innovations to provide the best possible care.
